Pheronym will be presenting at Entomology 2023 as part of a symposium titled “Woman in Industry: What are the challenges and how can we impact to influence”.

The event, organized by the Entomological Society of America,will take place in National Harbor, Maryland from November 5-8. The event will bring together experts from around the world to discuss the latest advances in entomology and the rapidly changing world of insects. Pheronym is honored to be speaking for a symposium as part of this event.

Our CEO Dr. Fatma Kaplan will speak about her experience as a startup founder as part of the 2023 Startup Speaker Series, hosted by the UC Davis Student Startup Center, on Friday, October  20th at 1 p.m.

These presentations are in a simple Q&A format, with startup founders sharing

about the companies they built and the challenges they faced. The featured speakers are from various industries and will connect with students to help inspire them on their entrepreneurial journey.

Dr. Kaplan, our CEO, will be presenting Pheronym’s technology at the 7th Biocontrol, Biostimulants and Microbiome Congress , organized by GlobalEngage in Raleigh, North Carolina from October 24-25. 

The event will explore developments in biocontrol, biostimulants and microbiome in increasing crop yield, improving soil health & nutrient uptake, and efficient water use. Experts from industry and academia will also discuss pest management strategies and provide regulatory updates in the field. Pheronym is honored to be among this year’s presenters.
