Our nematode pheromone technology targets nematode behavior to control agricultural pests.
Bee-friendly insect control
Beneficial nematodes are safe for bees. They are even used to protect bees from small hive beetles. Nemastim directs beneficial nematode dispersal and infectivity behavior toward pest insects. Nemastim + beneficial nematodes together make a composite biopesticide.
Plant-parasitic nematode control
Pherocoat acts as a repellent by telling plant-parasitic nematodes the host plant is already infected. Immediate target nematodes are sedentary nematodes including root-knot nematodes which are generalists and attack many crops.
